January 2018 Walking Update

Cruise diet has begun and I am trying hard to walk off as many pounds as possible before then. I am using the Apple Watch to track daily.January I walked 262,728 steps for a total of 107.32 miles My daily goal is 10-12k per day and I had 19 days were I did not hit they target so time to up my game in February.
